We picked the topic of credit cards because we did not know much about this topic before. It seemed like an interesting topic to research. It also can be very helpful to know. We chose a website because it seemed like the easier and more informative way to go.

I liked your website! One thing that I think could have been done differently is that on your responsibilities page you could have maybe done bullet points instead of paragraphs, I think it might have been a little easier to keep people interested. I especially liked your top 10 ways to stay out of debt.
ReplyDeleteThis is a really good topic because most of us are at the age where people start offering us credit cards.You sentences though, especially on the first to pages are a bit choppy and abrupt. Also you should think about changing your fonts so that they all match.
ReplyDeleteI think this topic is really relevant for this project, not only is this informative it is helpful to our age group. I think you guys should put the About Us page at the end because when you usually open a website, the Home page comes up first. Other than that I think your website really informs people on how to use credit wisely and to stay out of debt
ReplyDeleteYou guys have a lot of useful information about credit cards. However, there is a lot to read through and people may not want to sit down and read all of it. What you do have, however, seems pretty easy to understand. I think your page is easy to read and provides helpful information, especially to college students who have not used a credit card before.
ReplyDeleteCredit Cards are always a good topic because they are so white and black. The website was informative, it was nice that you admitted that you were still learning. But everyone wants to hear form a credible, reliable source. Maybe you could have played yourself up a tad more. I saw a few grammar errors on your site. Other than that great job!
ReplyDeleteI thought that your website was very informative. It talks about the basics of what credit is and also explains the good and the bad when it comes to using a credit card. You had a good big font which made it easier to read and you had more color in your website than others did. I thought your video was informative and added to the interaction of the website.

credit cards a huge thing these days, esp for teens because of that's how people are so in debt. you had a lot of great infortmation and topics on your website, some of the pages seemed a little too short though. the videos are great for visuals! i think that obama was setting certain restictions on credit cards for credit card companies, i don't remember if that was on your cite but it might be something worth looking into. just an idea. excited to hear your presentation!

ReplyDeleteI like this website, I think that a lot of college kids will appreciate this. Most of them jump right into getting a credit card without getting the facts first. And this website gives the facts. Good job.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great topic. Young adults need to be informed about how the system works to use it effectively (and without getting in over their heads.) I really liked your page design and the way that you carried the design throughout the site's various pages. My only suggestion is that you double-check grammer and sentence structure. ReplyDeleteGreat topic! I think the color of the website was a bit boring, but the information was great and well organized. I think you did a great job of not only showing the bad side to getting credit cards, but also how they can be good if used correctly.
ReplyDeleteOh my, Credit cards are definitely tricky sometimes, and this website helps people avoid those tricky mistakes that you might otherwise run into. I'm glad you made the website look interesting because "economic" type websites can sometimes look very dull and older... which just makes a viewer want to close the page even if it had very important information on it. I personally didn't have too many grievances with this page... other than perhaps the way it was typed, wasn't "quick". It may have been more like reading a book about credit cards, all though not nearly as boring, if I had to say something bad about the web site... I'd say that it didn't move as fast as I would have preferred. But, It was rich in it's information and initial look, so I can't say I lost interest either.

It is very imporatant and helpful thing. Your web site is really informative and I get much useful information on it. Also, each of your web site has a video or picture on it. I really like this. ReplyDeleteThe topic of credit card use was very helpful to me, especially these days as a college student. As I was reading the website I felt as if I was really actually learning valuable information, which I appreciated. The way the information was clear and concise. I loved the visual pictures and videos. This let my eye rest on each page instead of reading information after information. I am a visual learner so this was a great thing to have on each page. Good job overall!

Of course they are nice to have but there are also disadvantages and you guys highlighted those which is really important. Not only did you have information but also videos showing how to use credit cards. I'm not sure if you guys really planned out your presentation because it seemed like you were confused or didn't exactly know what to do. It was still an overall good project and had a lot of valuable information.

It will be useful for everyone because everyone always gets letters in the mail about signing up for all sorts of credit cards. You guys gave us enough information to be wise about our decision to use a credit card or not.

I have been thinking about getting a credit card to help with my credit but I was unsure about credit cards. This helped me to understand credit cards a little better.

I think you chose a good topic that can really be of assistance to someone who is new to having or credit card or not in trouble with their credit. Even though you are not experts I thought you did a good job presenting and you had helpful information.
